Return/Exchange Policy
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No returns* or exchanges are permitted.
When you receive your package, If you think by the condition of the box your item might be damaged, take a pic before opening the package.
*If item is damaged, take a picture of the item and attach it in your email to info@zaricheri.com to obtain a replacement. ALL claims must be made within three (3) calendar days (holidays are included) of receipt of product. If we no longer sell/offer/make the product, you will receive credit towards your next order.
