Ordering & Shipping

 

ORDERS

-All orders will have a production (making/creating) time of 3 business days. Excluding holidays and ONE weekend day (Saturday OR Sunday).

-Please allow 1 additional calendar week for special orders. Special orders consist of, but not limited to an item and/or size not listed on the site. A detailed email conversation will have to take place before we accept the special offer.

-A 50% non-refundable deposit will be implemented for all custom & bulk orders.

-Wholesale and private label orders under 24 units will have a 15 calendar day production time. NO exceptions. 

 

SHIPPING

Regular Shipping- Orders will be shipped 5-7 business days after fulfillment

Wholesale/Private Label- Orders will be shipped according to contract terms

Spring/Summer Months- April 2nd-September 30th we will ship on Monday & Tuesday only by2pm

Fall/Winter Months- October 1st-April 1st we will ship Monday-Wednesday by 2pm 

 

-When counting your production days (processing & shipping), do NOT include Saturday, Sunday & holidays. Occasionally, additional days during the year will be posted if we are not in production mode (ie day after a holiday, family emergency, vacation, etc). Below is a list of known non production (no creating products, no responding to emails and no shipping) days.
